About
The trusted on-site events partner, built for Chicago.
Two decades on the show floor.
Onsite Chicago was founded by registration and event-technology operators with twenty-plus years running on-site programs for national conferences, trade shows, and corporate events throughout the Chicago market.
We made a deliberate choice to operate as a regional specialist rather than a national vendor. The major firms spend a substantial share of every engagement on freight, travel, and per diems — costs that show up on the client's invoice without contributing to the on-site experience.
By concentrating on one market — Chicago and the surrounding Midwest — we eliminate those line items, shorten the operational chain, and put a senior team on every show.
Clients work with the same project managers and technicians across engagements, which compounds into faster setup, cleaner data, and fewer surprises at the front door.
Operating Principles
How the business is structured.
Local Infrastructure
Hardware is staged, tested, and dispatched from a Chicago warehouse. No interstate freight in the critical path.
Resident Team
Senior project managers, technicians, and registration staff who work Chicago venues year-round.
Single-Market Focus
We don't travel. The entire team and book of business sit inside Chicagoland, which keeps response times short and standards high.
